Report from 31st October 2105
Westerham Scout Group were proud to present a Firework Spectacular every year. This last took place on the King George’s Field on Saturday 31st of October 2015.
Seeing as it was Hallowe’en there were prizes for the best dressed, followed by the fantastic Licks playing in the clubhouse.
Organisers urged people to walk to the event; entrances via the Scout Hut, Hortons Way, Costells Meadow, or the gates by the tennis court/play park. For those driving, it was the Darenth Road car park on the A25 for access via the tennis courts, or Hortons Way for access via the Scout Hut. There was no parking in Costells Meadow or the WSA car park which was closed for emergency vehicles only.
Family (two adults 2 children): £18
Tickets from The George & Dragon, The Hospice in the Weald and the Westerham Sports Association…or on the door for no extra cost.
