Mondays starting from 11th September in the John Fryth Hall (St Mary’s Church) One class at 11.30 am: gentle yoga – a class which moves at a slow and steady pace to help develop strength, balance, breath and a sense of peace.  A second at 8pm for all abilities, yoga with a focus on strength, stamina, stillness, awareness and breath. £8 per class, mats provided
