Itinerary Longer Stay

If you have… Three or More Days in Westerham

We’ve probably already given you ideas which will fill 3 days or more – but just in case, here are a few more suggestions for your Westerham stay.

1Use Westerham as a base and get out and explore, just about everywhere is closer than you think…

LondonUse Westerham as your base for a day in London, Westerham is equidistant fron Oxted (35 minutes to Victoria or London Bridge) and Sevenoaks (20 minutes) to Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo) so getting up to town is easy. Then the sights and sounds of the capital city are your to explore.

ParisOr alternatively, take the train and have lunch in Paris (or Brussels or Lille). Yes, Europe really is on our doorstep. With Ebbsfleet International Station just 20 minutes away, you can catch an early train and be in France in time for a leisurely lunch, a spot of sightseeing – and then home again in Westerham in time for bed. Ebbsfleet is also one of the official Park and Ride venues for London 2012 – travel to the Olympic Park takes just minutes…

2Alternatively stay closer to home and make the most of the very fine surroundings in this corner of Kent…

Biggin HillJust a couple of miles north of Westerham, is the famous wartime RAF station of Biggin Hill. St George’s Chapel of Remembrance is open to the public.
